1. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 14:00
  • Check-out: By 10:00

2. Occupancy

  • Only registered guests are permitted
  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded

3. Noise & Conduct

  • No parties or events
  • Quiet hours apply
  • Respect neighbours at all times

4. Smoking

  • Strictly non-smoking indoors
  • Cleaning penalties apply for violations

5. Creative & Commercial Use

  • Photo shoots, filming, interviews, and content creation require prior written approval
  • Additional fees and deposits apply

6. Damage & Liability

  • Guests are liable for damage beyond normal wear
  • Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly

7. Cancellation & Termination

Breach of house rules may result in immediate termination without refund
